Patricia is a retired dental hygienist who started taking yoga classes in 2000. She never intended to teach yoga once receiving her certifications. After subbing classes, she discovered the enjoy of teaching. Her certification are: 200- and 300-hour alignment yoga, therapy balls, yin yoga, restorative yoga and FeetUp inversion trainer.
