Suitable for all levels, in this sunrise yoga class you will embark on a journey of physical and spiritual awakening. As you move through a series of Asanas and poses, you will synchronize your breath with the rhythm of the rising sun.
The poses are designed to energize and awaken the body, while the breath work helps to calm and focus the mind

Alignment- Inspired by Iyengar style
Yoga for everyone- all poses are done with support of props, holding each pose longer, with focus on healing and therapy at physical, mental and emotional levels.

Ashtanga Vinyasa- Beginner level
This beginner’s Ashtanga Vinyasa class offers a structured and progressive introduction to this dynamic style of yoga. We’ll break down the practice into manageable steps, building a solid foundation before flowing through the series.
Ashtanga incorporates individual poses, Ujjaya breathing, Sanskrit counting, and drishti, or gaze point, to experience the full power of this style of yoga.
