    Suitable for all levels, in this sunrise yoga class you will embark on a journey of physical and spiritual awakening. As you move through a series of Asanas and poses, you will synchronize your breath with the rhythm of the rising sun.

    The poses are designed to energize and awaken the body, while the breath work helps to calm and focus the mind

  • KARUNA- Yoga with Compassion - Alignment based - Iyengar Inspired Style

    Alignment- Inspired by Iyengar style

    Yoga for everyone- all poses are done with support of props, holding each pose longer, with focus on healing and therapy at physical, mental and emotional levels.

    Ashtanga Vinyasa- Beginner level

    Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced yogi, our online yoga classes offer a welcoming and supportive space to deepen your practice and connect with a global community.

    These guided yoga classes require an internet connection and a webcam and microphone as all classes are conducted via Zoom.
